About
Join Friends of the Rail Park at Phase One for a Weeding Happy Hour! This is a volunteer opportunity for those looking to get outside, get their hands in the dirt, and socialize with their neighbors.
At this hour-long event, volunteers will be asked to assist with litter pick up and weed removal. We'll provide all the supplies, plus snacks and refreshments. Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend)!
Meet at 1300 Noble Street entrance.
This volunteer activity requires walking through the park and bending over to pull weeds from the ground and planter beds that are low to the ground. You might get a little dirty! Please be prepared with appropriate attire and footwear.
