This event has been cancelled.

About

Please join park neighbors to maintain Wissahickon East Park, a 6-acre wooded park in the Wissahickon watershed. We’ll be maintaining a short trail, removing litter from the Cresheim Creek corridor, cutting up windfall tree limbs, raking leaves, and more. No special skills are needed. We provide hands-on leadership. All you need is some physical ability to use small hand tools in the woods, and a love for outdoor activities in Nature. And a willingness to have fun! All tools and materials will be provided. Volunteers should bring anything that they will need to eat or drink, and should dress appropriately for working outdoors....we’ll be getting dirty!
