About
Carroll Park is a tree-filled five-acre park that occupies one square block in the neighborhood of the same name. The Friends of Carroll Park started meeting in July 2018, learning what it takes to join the Park Friends Network (PFN) and become stewards of their communities’ public spaces. We visited this lovely park during our 2018 Park Friends Network Bus Tour and learned so much about their goals and work, but they had just as many questions for the other PFN members!
The Friends of Carroll Park are a wonderful example of what you can accomplish when you work together as a community and are open to learning from your fellow Friends groups. Learn more about how the Friends of Carroll Park are adapting their programming and working to make the park safe for all to enjoy during COVID times.
Please note that all participants are required to wear a mask and maintain a distance of 6 feet from fellow participants. Masks as well as hand sanitizer will be provided at each site for those who need them.
